Please ensure you have removed sim cards or sd cards from your devices before unlocking or repair MOBITECHS cannot be held responsible for loss or damages which may occur to these items.

MOBITECHS will not be held responsible for any loss of data which occurs when unlocking or repairing your devices.

Customers should be aware that if a device is still under a manufactures or retailers warranty and we undertake a repair that warranty may be void.

Any devices not collected within thirty days of repair will remain the property of MOBITECHS to cover any repair costs.

MOBITECHS can only repair the fault which has been stated at the time or booking all other faults found at the time of repair or later will be charged separately.

MOBITECHS offer a 30 day repair warranty if damage is deemed to be accidental or intentional warranty be be invalid.

MOBITECHS cannot be held responsible for any faults occurring before during or after repair, if any fault or damage is found during repair customer will be informed

MOBITECHS are unable to offer a warranty on water damaged devices.

MOBITECHS strive to repair your device in the specified time frame however due to parts stock and delivery time this cannot always be possible.

If home button flex repair is required it is possible the touch id on your device may no longer work this would not impair use of your device.

If repair is cancelled after booking you may still be charged for repa
